A: AG Maintenance is an insured business.  If you  have special requirements that your community or association requires, please contact us for more information.

A: We accept:
CASH, CHECK &                          
 
We require payment at time of service.  If you are in need of other terms, please contact us for options.
 
CHECK POLICY:  We accept checks as a form of payment.  If for some reason, your check is returned to us by the bank, we will charge a $25 returned check fee.  If new form of payment is provided within 10 days, no other fees shall apply.  Payments beyond 10 days are subject to late charges as outlined below.
 
LATE CHARGES:  Balances not paid by due date are subject to a 10% Late Fee.  The fee is based on the total past due amount with a minimum charge of $15.  Overdue balances are subject to additional late fees every 30 days after being past due.
 

A: If you have a burst water line, broken window, etc., please give us a call if it can't wait til morning.  We will get the water shut off, window boarded up,  we will do what it takes to take care of you and your family.
